A half-day workshop for DOM architectes associés, Lausanne (25 people)
Methods : map of the future, future of urban planning in French-speaking Switzerland in 15 years (risks and opportunities), strategic scenarios for DOM, setting up the next steps
Workshop objectives: team-building and strategic scenarios
The workshop's objectives are twofold: it is both a team-building exercise on the occasion of the expansion of the team as well as the starting point for thinking the future of the architects' office from a sustainability perspective.
Team-building with a map of the future in space
Part 1 opens with an exercise that brings the whole team together on a map of the future in space. Team members are invited to position themselves on this map in the one area (among four alternatives) that they consider to be the most important factor of change for the future of urban planning in French-speaking Switzerland.

Risks and opportunities
In a second step, the team members deepen their first reflections by mapping in a more systematic way the main risks and opportunities that will affect the future of urban planning in French-speaking Switzerland in 15 years, i.e. by 2038.
Group work: desirable future scenario
This collective work serves as a common basis for work in small groups, which this time focuses on the future of the architectural office itself. Each group is invited to imagine the future of urban planning in French-speaking Switzerland, and then a scenario of opportunities or desirable sustainable future for the architects' office in this context.

Sharing and consolidating results, conclusions
Finally, each group shares its results, which we then analyse and prioritise together before setting the next work steps for the architecture office.
